30 Day Monster Challenge - Dullahan

Had no idea what a Dullahan.  Needed to do some online research.  Think Legend of Sleep Hollow's headless horseman, only the horseman is can be male or female, the headless head isn't a pumpkin, and it's of Irish folklore.
